SARASOTA, Fla. (July 11, 2023) – Crowder Plaza, a 25,000-square-foot retail center in Lakewood Ranch, has sold for $8.2 million. The shopping center, located at 2507 Lakewood Ranch Blvd., sits adjacent to Crowder Bros. Ace Hardware and is fully leased.
