Tracy joined Ian Black Real Estate in 2012 as the firm’s office administrator.  In 2020, Tracy was promoted to Assistant Property Manager.  In her new role, Tracy assists the management team with the day-to-day operations of all buildings under the firm’s management portfolio.  Tracy is involved with all aspects of property management including vendor scheduling, tenant requests, maintaining the management system software, and is responsible for the entry of accounts payable and receivables.  She helps the management division running smoothly and efficiently.  

Tracy is a native Floridian from Venice and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her three children Heather, Ethan, and Matthew.
