Sarasota County has purchased an industrial warehouse located at 1805 Apex Road in Sarasota for $1.9 million. The county plans to use the 16,000-square-foot property as a logistics warehouse for its Department of Emergency Services. The warehouse will consolidate emergency services equipment and supplies located in multiple leased locations throughout Sarasota County.
