Professional Expertise Marci Marsh began her real estate career in 1997 when she joined ICORR Properties in Sarasota.  Shortly after joining ICORR, she was promoted to commercial property manager responsible for ICORR’s Sarasota portfolio of commercial properties including One Sarasota Tower, a twelve-story Class A office building in downtown Sarasota. At ICORR, Marci worked closely with Ian Black and in 2003 helped Ian launch Ian Black Real Estate. Marci is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the office administration, public relations, and commercial property management. Marci has been instrumental in the growth and development of Ian Black Real Estate, which has now grown to a staff of fourteen sales agents with a twelve-member support team. Marci oversees all aspects of the commercial property management division, which has grown into a portfolio of over two million square feet with 40+ properties.

 

Marci, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Kentucky Wesleyan College located in Owensboro, Kentucky. She obtained her Florida Real Estate License in 2001, is a Florida Notary Public, and very active in the Sarasota community.
