Kate Mansfield joined IBRE at the end of 2022 as a seasoned multi-family property management professional.  Her 25+ years of residential apartment experience spans Class A new construction and lease-up sites to LIHTC rehabs, and conversions.  Kate is adept at all aspects of the industry from leasing and sales, onsite and portfolio management, to marketing, resident relations and retention, budgeting and accounting, and employee training & development.  Throughout her tenure in multifamily she successfully positioned properties for maximum occupancy and profitability, relying on her ability to curate teams dedicated to providing superior customer service and excellence in product quality.  Kate’s professional hallmark is building relationships and ensuring satisfaction in every transaction whether it be with clients, owners, tenants, or fellow team members.   Prior to joining the firm, Mansfield worked as Development Director at a non-profit, child caring agency where she lead community engagement, fundraising & events, marketing and donor relations, contributing to the financial health and overall well-being of the children & staff residing on the campus.  While she excelled during this pandemic pivot and gained a new and compassionate perspective on helping people, Kate was eager to get back to her roots in property management and is thrilled to do so as part of the IBRE team.  Originally from MI, Kate has enjoyed living in the Sarasota area since 1995.  She has an affinity for event planning, interior design and all things organizing.  When not binge-watching HGTV, or working on her latest decorating project, she loves to spend time with her husband Steve and their rescue pup, Otis.
