Cameron Wilson brings over 23 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate brokerage, spanning three states and encompassing a diverse range of clients from small businesses to large institutions. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Realty Services at Ian Black Real Estate, Cameron specializes in guiding clients through strategic real estate decisions, from first time tenants & small business owners to complex investment portfolio growth and management.
Cameron's career highlights include representing notable clients such as the State of Washington, Providence Health Systems, and Olympia OB/GYN, among others. He has facilitated transactions for national and regional chains entering new markets, implementing tailored growth strategies. Additionally, Cameron has advised landlords on commercial real estate investments, from novice investors to seasoned national entities with extensive portfolios spanning the United States.
In recognition of his expertise, Cameron holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, demonstrating his commitment to excellence within the commercial real estate industry.
Beyond his professional achievements, Cameron is actively engaged in community service and leadership. He has served on the boards of the Olympia Downtown Alliance, Port of Olympia Citizens Advisory Committee, and the Olympia Film Society. He continues to contribute to his community as a licensed broker in Washington State and as a dedicated mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, where he has been a “Big” for more than 8 years.
Recently relocating to the Sarasota, FL area with his wife and their three golden retrievers, Cameron is excited to bring his wealth of experience and passion for real estate to new opportunities in the vibrant Florida market.
